Hi, I'm Tracey Gilbert – the founder of Your Virtual Pro and the person behind the scenes helping businesses run more smoothly. With over 25 years of experience in marketing and customer service, I’ve built a career around supporting people and solving problems. I know how valuable time is for busy professionals, and Your Virtual Pro was created to provide reliable, expert help with the everyday tasks that don’t always need a full-time hire – but still deserve professional attention.

Outside of work, I’m married to my best friend of 26 years, Darnell. We’re proud parents of two amazing boys, and much of the last two decades has been spent cheering them on and driving to hockey rinks and sports fields. I’ve also coached youth sports and continue to volunteer in my local community. Supporting charities and not-for-profit organizations is something I’m truly passionate about – both through my time and through my work.
